The PICKLEX® Process provides an environmentally friendly solution to processes that have been standard in the metal finishing industry. Picklex® process works on all steels including stainless steel, aluminum, galvanized steel etc. (ferrous & non-ferrous metal), providing better weldability, anti-spatter properties, very long-term indoor rust protection (in terms of few years), better adhesion with top coating and a long-term corrosion resistance, not found in other similar products. This process has no waste disposal, no waste treatment, no sludge, no monitoring and no concentration adjustment.
