US EPA has completed their evaluation and testing of Picklex® and Picklex® Process with very promising results and has been published in the scientific journal "Clean Products & Processes", which is linked below.
US EPA has established that Picklex® and the alternative process can be used as a replacement of the hazardous/toxic chemicals presently used in metal surface preparation and pretreatment process.
US EPA also defined Picklex® as a cost effective, nonpolluting metal surface finishing pretreatment and pretreatment/conversion coating.
